My guest today attended what is now the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and received a BFA in painting and drawing. She worked in advertising for a few years, then went back to college to receive a teaching certification. While teaching at Lower Merion High School in Ardmore, PA (known for Kobe Bryant and a few other luminaries, yes, he was in her homeroom for 4 years) she left due to covid and no vaccine available at the time.
