My guest today is a retired attorney and renaissance man. While he has spent most of his life as a lawyer, he has also been employed in many other, far more interesting jobs, such as repairing street potholes, delivering cosmetics, announcing polo matches, and inspecting apartments in scenic Harlem, NY. These experiences have given him a unique (some say skewed) outlook on humanity in particular and life in general. Al grew up in the suburbs of New York City, and like many of his elderly New York countrymen who had at least ten cents to rub together, he moved to Florida to experience and better understand freedom from taxation, freedom from crime, and freedom from cold. Now a resident of Naples, this is Al’s first attempt at creative writing, but not his first attempt at humor. Welcome to Authors Over 50, Alan Bianco.
