My guest today is an award-winning, non-fiction writer and photographer living at 9,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains with her husband and their dogs – Joy & Hope. She tells her story in words and photographs. Her husband first brought her to this little mountain village on their honeymoon in the summer of 1977. She has a master’s in education and has taught about every age level from preschool to graduate school. She also has a BFA in theater and has performed in community theater as well as in a television advertisement. She writes an award-winning column for the town’s newspaper, The Silver World, but most of her unscheduled days are spent reading, writing, and walking with her camera in hand.
