My guest today is a former army brat who lived worldwide before settling in a small rural community in Virginia. She and her husband reared three daughters and numerous cats and dogs. She began writing after retiring from two area history museums.
Her writing is about families, relationships, and friendships. She describes her stories as biographical fiction. When not writing, she enjoys photographing birds, including a beloved osprey, working in her garden, and rescuing raptors for a rehab facility. She also likes researching her family’s past on ancestral websites. She thinks there is another story there for her to tell.
