EPISODE SUMMARY
After earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees, my guest spent 29 years in classrooms, first teaching 7th grade Language Arts & Social Studies, followed by 22 years of high school English and Psychology. Upon retirement, she joined a writing workshop, where a good instructor taught her that the slash and burn of editing don’t leave scars. She wrote three books in quick succession. She also writes essays and poetry. She spends time reading, writing, baking, and happily communing with nature in Wisconsin. Welcome to Authors Over 50, Mary Ann Noe.
