EPISODE SUMMARY
My guest today left a promising career as an ecologist catching protected reptiles, amphibians, and kissing frogs, to move to remote northwest Spain with her blue-eyed prince (now blue-eyed husband). In between writing, she uses her time growing her own food, continuing to renovate and look after two stone farmhouses, and discovering more of the stunningly beautiful area she calls home. She’s happiest outside weeding, watching the antics of her chickens, or in her kitchen cooking on her wood-burning range. She writes about the wild land of myths and legends she inhabits.
