EPISODE SUMMARY
My guest today is an only child who learned early that boredom was the ultimate enemy, and that perpetual motion was her friend. She has rarely been still since – except when she’s writing. Writer, packrat, cat lady, mad sewer, book hound, and anything else you can think of that requires accumulation in numbers, she lives in Lansdowne, PA, where she grows much of her own food and makes her own clothes. She’s accompanied on her quest for self-sufficiency by a very patient husband and an ever-changing number of cats. One constant: she is always writing her next book.
